The Fundy Hiking Trail Association's current safety guide gives 64.3 km, following a 2021 route change. The 48.7 km shown here is the Footpath itself plus the Goose River Trail, ending at the Marven Lake junction in Fundy National Park. Past that point there is no single continuous route — you finish on a choice of park trails (Coppermine, Shiphaven, Black Horse). An older 41 km figure from Parks Canada predates the 2021 change.
