FHTA's current Safety Guide states 64.3 km (2021 route update, fundyhikingtrails.com/safety-guide/). Far's 48.65 km covers the verified Footpath + Goose River Trail route to the Marven Lake junction in Fundy National Park; the remaining distance to the visitor centre runs via separate named park trails (Coppermine, Shiphaven, Black Horse), not one unambiguous extension. 41 km (Parks Canada, Wikipedia) is the pre-2021 measurement.
